Refund policy

Items purchased on JMNYCStudio.com may be returned to JMNYC Studio for refund or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging (JMNYC Studio box and/or pouch).

Please reach out on our contact us page for return requests. Please provide your order number, name, email address, and the reason you are requesting a return. Returns will only be accepted with a clearly marked Return Authorization Number on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your merchandise. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Any merchandise purchased from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from JMNYCStudio.com.

Return shipping and insurance are the customer’s responsibility. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Special Orders are not eligible for return. JMNYC Studio will not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.
